I RECEIVED MY KIT, NOW WHAT?
Great question! There are Challenge Groups that run every month, so there is always an opportunity to do the challenge with a group of other individuals! Groups are run via Facebook. It is recommended that once the kit is received, you allow 1 week before starting clean eating. This allows group leaders to deliver valuable information in the beginning stages of your journey and help with preparation so you have the best chances at success!
Throughout the 30 Days you will have access to the group to ask questions and receive support. I will also be available for any questions or encouragement you need!
